The DATICS Research Group is made up of members from around the globe and was initially created by a network of researchers and engineers from both academia and industry with interests in the Design, Analysis and Tools for Integrated Circuits and Systems (DATICS). Recently, the scope of DATICS has extended to include research in the fields of Communication, Computer Science, Software Engineering and Information Technology.
The main goal of DATICS Research Group is to bring together software/hardware engineering researchers, computer scientists, practitioners and people from industry to exchange theories, ideas, techniques and experiences, and to conduct international research cooperation. To this end, a series of international workshops on topics within the scope of DATICS is organized every year. Between 2008 and 2013, more than 20 DATICS Workshops were successfully organized in conjunction with IEEE, IEEK, IAENG, IASTED, IAITQM and FTRA conferences.
